Hi - I've recently become the proud owner of a very handsome 1970 bay. This is my first camper and I'm so excited! However, I was wondering if anyone could help with a query I have - do I by law have to fit rear seat belts if I plan to take passengers? I'd prefer not to but I'm not too sure on how the law stands on this - does anyone know the answer? Thanks!

Hi Sally

We investigated this - as I understand it, you do not have to fit seat belts to carry passengers in the rear.  However, if there are seat belts fitted you cannot carry more passengers than you have belts for, and, if available, they have to be used .

Sounds right on the money with this advice.
