If you know of a great event where the Club could either have a club camp, or attend an official show with our vibrant club stand to generate new memberships, please email our events manager.
Note – the club shall not indemnify the club members for any accident, incident or loss howsoever caused when travelling to or from, or whilst attending any event.
By attending events, you give permission to take and use photographs of you and/or your vehicle for use by the club.

Definitions (approximately):
A club camp is where a site is selected for members to get together and relax. These are generally quiet, rural sites and are advertised in the club magazine as well as on this page.
Official shows are not operated by the VWT2OC but for a small number of the hundreds of nationwide shows, we look to get club presence.
Club camping area – This is an area to camp together as we enjoy an official show, sometimes collected next to other clubs, sometimes in a dedicated / roped area.
Club stand – A gazebo as part of the show allowing you to meet some of the management team, renew membership, ask about upcoming events or offer your support to help run your club along with the other volunteers.
Display – We set up our vehicles together to show them off to the general public.
